Notre-Dame-de-Locmaria is the oldest church on the island. The first elements of the work have been dated to the 11th century. It was consecrated in 1070.
A really charming place. A quaint little church, beautifully situated. Colorful plane trees in the square in front of the church add extra charm. I was painting this picture in the afternoon. I like the warm rays of the afternoon sun in September.
