The last, fourth painting. Morning, noon, evening and now ... twilight. I started painting this picture ... just after sunset. It's very complicated. Night is falling very fast. Even at night ... the needles in Port Coton are surrounded by a beautiful, soft light.
Beautiful island "The needles of Port Coton" Aiguilles de Port-Coton is located in Brittany, it is a few sea rocks forming one of the most remarkable sites of Belle-Île-en-Mer in Morbihan, located in the town of Bangor. We must admit that these jagged rocks have everything to inspire artists.The painter Claude MONET has revealed in a few famous paintings the fascinating beauty of these jagged rocks. Their name comes from the whipped foam which, in heavy weather, forms large, cotton-like, foamy flakes. This place is just amazing. The light on the rocks changes from minute to minute. The needles emit a strange and powerful energy. The force of nature is very much felt in this place.
